Purchased by Dr. Reinhardt in the Fayum (Erman 1895: p. 44); Beltz, probably mistakenly, claims that it was acquired from the antiquities market in Cairo in the same year (1983: p. 76).

Notes/Discussion:

Probable purpose based on descriptions in other versions; other versions also instruct that formula is spoken over oil and water, and used to wash and anoint the patient.
