Notes/Discussion:

It is not clear whether these are actually proper names. Rodwell did not read any proper names in the bowl. Concerning יקרי, Jeruzalmi 1963, pp. 85-87 prefers to read it as a verb from the root קרא, since it is unattested as a name. Müller-Kessler 2001/2, p. 121 follows him. Isbell 1975 reads it as a proper name, as does does Segal 2000. About פוסיקיה, Jeruzalmi 1963, pp. 85-87 prefers to read it as a verb from the root פסק, since it is unattested as a name. So does Müller-Kessler 2001/2, p. 121. Isbell 1975 reads it as a proper name, and so does Segal 2000.

Pusiqyah (or Yepusiqyah) would seem Semitic, meaning “Yah decrees” (Segal, 2000, p. 56).
