Notes/Discussion:

Matronym/parental name is missing. The name Isoqay (איסוקאי) may be based on ysog 3rd m. s. imperf. Pe’al SLQ (cf. the form of the personal name YSHQ, Isaac), with hypocoristic ending. (Segal, 2000, p. 60).
