Notes:

1. ⲡ̅ⲣ̅ⲁ̅ⲛ̅ The proposed supralineation is faint, and only clearly visible above the first two letters, but its inclusion in the edition of Stegemann implies to us that the sheet may have suffered damage since his edition.
6. ⲛ Stegemann and Till both follow the nu with a square bracket, implying more lost text, but we do not see any clear indication that there was further text.
