Recto [1] I, Iakōb, this miserable wretch, I entreat, I invoke, I worship, I prostrate myself in my prayer and my entreaty before the throne [2] of God Almighty, Sabaoth, that you might avenge me and and take vengeance for me against Maria, the daughter of Tsibel, and Tatōre, the daughter of Tašai, and Antreas, [3] the son of Marthe, swiftly! Only true God, you who know those things which are hidden and those things which are revealed, you will strike Tatōre, the daughter of Tašai — and her children — the daughter of Tašai, [4] and Maria, the daughter of Tsibel, and Antreas, the son of Marthe, with their whole family, and those of Iōhannēs, the majordomo, with his son — amen —, [5] through an evil disease and anger and wrath and evil suffering and an incurable distress! I appeal to you, O Father, I appeal to you, O Son, I appeal to [6] you, O Holy Spirit, consubstantial Trinity, by (?) the good news of Gabriel, the archangel, that you will avenge me and take vengeance for me [7] and work violence for me against Tatōre and Antreas and Maria, the daughter of Tsibel, and their children! You will bring upon them blindness [8] in both eyes! You will bring upon them great pain and jaundice and a burning heat and trouble and annihilation [9] and destruction! Father, you will strike them! Son, you will strike them! God, you who existed before the world [10] had come into being, you will strike them, quickly, quickly! You who sit up upon the cherubim, with the seraphim around you, [11] you will strike Maria, the daughter of Tsibēl, and Tatōre, the daughter of Tašai, and Antreas, the son of Marthe, and their children, swiftly! [12] You about whom stand thousands of thousands and tens of thousands of tens of thousands of angels and archangels and rulers and authorities and powers [13] [and thrones, ?] giving praise and honour and calling out together, saying, namely, “Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord Sabaoth, [14] heaven and earth are full of your glory!”, you will strike Tatōre and her children and her husband, and Maria and her children and [15] [Antreas], her husband, with great anger and incurable suffering, because they have been very violent, and you, O Lord, you know everything! [16] [Adōnai], O Lord Elōe Sabaōth, strike Tatōre, the daughter of Tašai, and Maria, the daughter of Tsibel, and Antreas, [17] [the son] of Marthe. You will strike them swiftly! O four creatures who stand by the Father, the great god, [18] [you will] strike Tatōre and Antreas and Maria and their children and all that belongs to them! [19] [O body] and blood of Jesus Christ, you will strike Maria, the daughter of Tsibēl, and Tatōre, the daughter of Tašai, and Antreas, [20] [the son] of Marthe, quickly! O Twenty-Four Presbyters who sit in the presence of the Father, you will strike Tatōre, [21] and Antreas and Maria, swiftly! O you who saved Jonah from the whale’s belly, you will strike Tatōre and [22] Antreas and Maria! O you who saved the three saints from the fiery burning oven, you will strike Tatōre, [23] the daughter of Tašai, and Maria, the daughter of Tsibēl, and Antreas, the daughter of Marthe, with great anger and great ruin and destruction! O you [24] who rescued Daniel from the pit of the lions, you will strike Maria and Tatōre and Antreas down with the anger of your wrath! [25] Michael, you will strike them with your fiery sword! Gabriel, you will strike them and hack them with your fiery sword! Raphael, you will [26] strike them with your fiery sword! Raguel, you will saw (?) them with your fiery sword! Suriel, you will strike them with your fiery sword, amen! [27] O seven archangels who stand in the presence of God, you (s.) will strike them with your (s.) fiery sword! You will strike Maria, [28] and Tatōre, and Antreas, swiftly, amen! Adōnai, Elōe, Elōi, Elōi, Elōi, Iaō, Iaō, Iaō, Sabaōth, Emmanuel, Ēl, Ēl, Ēl, Ēl, Ēl, Ēl, Ēl, Ēl, [29] Emmanouēl, Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Raguel, Suriel, Anael, Anananēl, Phanouēl, Tremouēl, Abrasaxsax, the Father, [30] the Son, the Holy Spirit, God ⟨of⟩ Abraham, God of Isaac, God ⟨of⟩ Jacob, God of the angels, God of the archangels, [31] God of the cherubim, God of the seraphim, God of all the powers, you who created heaven and earth, you who created the sun and the moon [32] and the stars, you who created man according to your likeness and your image, [verso, 1] you except from whom there is none other, you who avenge all, you will avenge me too! O Lord, only true God, [2] I have fled to your feet, having cast my cares [upon you] … [O] Lord God, because you yourself have [said it, namely,] [3] “Cast your cares to me, and I will myself will tend to you.” [Stretch out] your mighty hand over them and your raised arm [4] and strike Tatōre, the daughter of Tašai, [and] Maria, the daughter of Tsibēl, and Antreas, the son of Marthe, [5] and their children, and all that belongs to them — amen — with every evil destruction and every suffering and every incurable distress! [6] You will send them into the hand of an evil demon to torment them day and night! [7] Amen! Amen! Amen!
