Dated to the 5th day of the month of Tubi 5.

The liturgical usage of this text is apparent not only from its content and the specification of the day but also from external marks. Krall has noted 4 round damages to the papyrus where he believes the fingers of the practitioner held the document (Bickell 1887: p. 84).
