| Notes: | 9. ⲛϭⲁⲛⲁϩⲉ Green reads “namely, from (an) ox”, but more plausible is a form of ϭⲁⲛⲁϩ, whose basic meaning is “maimed” (Crum 824a), but cf. British Library MS Or 6794 l.8 (KYP M306/T361) in which it clearly means “left” (cf. Vycichl, DELC 343a). |
