[2] The book of the birth of Jesus [3] Christ, the son of David, [4] the beginning of the Gospel [5] of Jesus Christ, the son of [6] God. Since many [7] have undertaken to write words [8] concerning the things that their hearts [9] are persuaded of. In [10] the beginning there was [11] the Word and the Word [12] [was] in the presence of God [13] and [the Word] was a god. [14] And after Jesus came to the house of [15] Peter, he saw his [16] mother-in-law lying down [17] feverish, and he touched her hand [18] and the fever left her. [19] She arose and she served [20] him. And, when the evening [21] came, they brought to him [22] everyone who suffered from [23] diverse diseases and [24] those who had unclean spirits [25] and he healed them.

+ [26] Jesus Christ, help your [27] servant, Theōna, the son of [28] Thaplous, amen, [29] amen, amen!

+++ [30] The prayers [31] of Patriarch Severus, [32] Saint Theodoros [33] the general, [34] Saint Thekla, invoke [35] God that he grace [36] Theōnaia with healing!
