Folding pattern:

1 vertical and 9 horizontal creases (EL from autopsy 22/11/2019)

State of preservation:

Fragmentary, in two fragments (partially joined down the middle) with at least the top of the upper edge lost, and damage along the folds, especially the horizontal fold (which appears to have been eaten). Text very faded and mostly illegible.

Notes/Discussion:

Beltz (1983: p. 63) referred to faded red ink. The ink is indeed very faded, but does not seem to be red (EL from autopsy 22/11/2019)
