Collection History:

The manuscript belongs to the oriental part of the private collection of prof. Karl Wessely, probably acquired in 1904 in Paris. After the death of prof. Wessely, the whole collection was inherited by prof. Theodor Hopfner, who sorted the manuscripts and sold them to the Prague University Library. The oriental part of the collection has found its place in the Oriental Institute. (Private communication Zuzana Vítková 16/9/2024).
