Collection History:

Part of ‘fonds Weill’, a collection of three lots of papyri acquired by Raymond Weill in Egypt between 1909 and 1912 before being donated to the Institut de Papyrologie de la Sorbonne in 1922. This particular manuscript (Weill III.5+7) seems to belong to the third lot, acquired in Mallawi in Middle Egypt in 1912 (Dosoo 2022: 27).
