Excavated in 2003 from shaft of secondary tomb (F17) which penetrated the mastaba of Akhet-hetep north of the ruins of the Monastery of Apa Jeremiah (van der Vliet 2018: p. 146).

van der Vliet (2018) suggests that this is an applied text based on its folding, although it contains the generic name marker.
Perhaps intentionally cut or torn into three pieces.
