Folding pattern:

3 horizon and 1 vertical creases clear from damage (EL from autopsy 22/11/2019); 6 (?) horizontal and 2 (?) vertical creases (KD from image)

State of preservation:

Complete, although broken into three fragments, the bottom left-hand corner is lost, and there is damage along some creases.

Notes/Discussion:

The verso is a continuation, according to TM (11/10/2018), but this is not visible on the papyrus itself, whose back is hidden by paper. It seems likely that a significant amount of the lower part is missing.
