Notes/Discussion: | Same scribe as BM EA 10414. See AKZ (1931), I, 55 ff., II, 40 ff. “According to Crum EA 10376, 10122, 10414, 10434, 10391 were written by the same hand and were probably acquired by Hay at Thebes (1934, p. 51 and 195).” (Col. website 14/6/2019) The skins were poorly prepared and, in at least two cases offcuts. This suggest an opportunistic acquisition of materials which supports the characterisation of the writers as occasional rather than professional copyists, cf. O’Connel 2022: p. 1 |
